About the SPAR Women’s Challenge Tshwane
From just 600 runners in 1996 to tens of thousands turning the streets green — the Tshwane leg of the SPAR Women’s Challenge has grown into one of the biggest and most inclusive races in the world!
Whether you’re an Olympian chasing the podium, a weekend warrior on a mission, or just in it for the vibe and victory selfie — this challenge is for YOU.

Entry fee: R180 (includes your race number, a copy of My Tshwane Challenge Magazine, Challenge T-shirt, and a whole lot of good vibes!)

- Check out which SPAR near you is open for entries on sparwomenschallenge.co.za.
- Visit your nearest participating SPAR store, pay for your entry in-store and instantly receive your race number, a copy of My Tshwane Challenge Magazine and your Challenge T-shirt (you will be able to select your size while stocks last).
- Scan the unique individual QR code on your SPAR Women’s Challenge Tshwane race number and complete your details to enter. This QR code is linked to your unique race number.
- BONUS! You can order your Challenge Pack through the SPAR2U online app and have everything you need to enter delivered right to your door!

Collect your SPAR Women’s Challenge Tshwane race number, a copy of My Tshwane Challenge magazine and your T-shirt (you can select your size online when you register, while stocks last), at SuperSport Park Stadium in Centurion from 28 July 2025 – 2 August 2025 between 10h00 and 18h00.
