ENTRY FEE:

R200.00 for all distances.

The fee includes Women’s Challenge 2026 T-shirt, cross body bag, magazine and temporary licence in the 10km, if required. Also included is your goodie bag and medal which can only be collected on race day upon completion of the race.

Entries close at midnight on 8 March 2026, or when the limit of 18 000 entries are confirmed. This is a pre-entry event. There is no virtual component for the 2026 race.

Number collection will take place on Friday, 27 March and Saturday, 28 March at the Sportsmans Warehouse store you selected when entering, during the following times:

You will receive race number collection details via SMS by Thursday, 26 March 2026. Please ensure you provide a valid cell number with your entry. Group entries collection will take place on Thursday, 26 March 2026 from 10: 00 – 15:00 at the SPAR DC in Phillipi only.

RACE INFORMATION AND ORGANISATION:
  • This is a pre-entry race only. Enter online at https://sparwomenschallenge.co.za. Entries close at midnight on 8 March 2026, or when the 18 000 entries are confirmed.
  • Please note that an entry is not official until it is paid in full.
  • Cut-off time is 2 hours 30 minutes from the time of last starting batch.
  • Social walkers are welcome. Walkers to start at the back and to keep to the side of the road.
  • A tog bag facility will be provided. NO VALUABLES are to be left in your tog bag as the organisers or any other persons involved directly or indirectly in the event will NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage in this regard.
  • For security reasons please carry your bag on your front on race day.
COMPULSORY DISPOSABLE TIMING CHIP:

Your Timing chip has been placed on the front of your race num­ber. The race number must be worn on the front of your vest and be visible at the finish line. There is a foam backing on the back of the race number. Please do not remove the timing chip or foam strip from the race number. Also ensure that your timing chip is not covered by any clothing or strap from a bag – doing so will result in NO finish time. For safety and timing purposes, ONLY the person assigned to this race number may use it.

IF YOU DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A GOODIE BAG OR MEDAL.
